It's a pub, a local. Not a tourist experience, a pub. Excellent beer, conversation - what a real pub is all about.

At last a proper pub not full of poorly controlled kids and screaming babies! Cosy and friendly staff. I didn't have food but it looked good and seemed to make the customers who did pretty happy.

Best place for a totnes brewed ale. Lovely staff with a quiet and friendly atmosphere. Lovely beer garden and often live local music to boot.
