Great place to stay, Good rooms, Excellent Breakfast with a good choice on menu, My husband thinks the full breakfast it is second to none. Husband and I have stayed here 2/3 times a year since 2004. All visitors are greeted with Tea and Homemade Cake and fresh local produce is used where ever possible, and homemade Marmalades and Jam.

I've stayed in lots of B&B's in Totnes, and also used AirBnB - but this is my favourite B&B in Totnes. Janet (the host) is always friendly and helpful - and the breakfast is top class - very well cooked and presented. The best bit - you get proper tea leaves in a teapot! All local and healthy. Beautiful location. I stay about six times a year, and it's always my first choice.
