A great leisure centre with lots of facilities. My boy has his swimming lessons here and everything is always clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking too.
Loved the facilities, clean , tidy , polite staff who were extremely helpful, asking if it was you first visit etc and pointing out, the best way to access , certain parts , I would highly recommend this to any family and friends looking for a get away with a pool and gym
What a shambles. Was recommended to try this local centre but on arrival there was no one to help. Certainly not for anyone who has any walking problems as there are very steep steps from carpark and then a further flight of steps to so called reception. Had wanted to sign up (membership) for 6+ adults who wanted to use the swimming facilities for fitness but was put off by lack of suitable entrance. Will be going to centre near Brixham as more welcoming even if it is further to travel.
Been going for two years now and its generally good but things happen slowly. It is Devon butcome on! Over a year for a new sauna and keep asking for new lockers in gents changing..about two work properly..they promise but nothing happens.
I have been a member for 3 years. The rates are great value and the fitness instructors are excellent. Tiff in particular is a great asset to the team and provides varied and challenging classes that are accessible for all levels of fitness. The pool is great, we started using the club because of the separate small shallow pool which is warm and excellent for young children. Much much warmer than the local council pool!
