Im a student who has been in the system for a few years now and have found the experience great. There is a wide variety of classes available for all ages, all of which Ive found to be amazing, and the entire club acts as family introducing new members with open arms. Overall Ive been able to feel much more comfortable after beginning to practise with them.

Found this really interesting! Something I have always wanted to do. Had a really Tai Chi and Kung Fu taster session. Looks like they do really good classes for children as well.
