Very good service from the time we entered the showroom to the farewell when we left. Greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist who quickly showed us to a seating area and then got a member of the sales team to come and speak to us. We discussed our needs and have booked a 2 day test drive. I would highly recommend based on this experience. Thank you.
Customer service is a bit flaky, much room for improvement. Haven't been made to feel like a valued customer, possibly due to the fact my car has only been in for recall work. Not felt encouraged to bring my car back in the future

Purchased my first BMW here (second BMW still with ocean but Plymouth). Always very helpful and recently went in with the other half to look at the newly out X2 - didn't have one on display but was no trouble for them to bring it round for us to take a look. Great service all round would highly recommend!
