I am trying and failing to come up with the words to summarize the negligent incompetence if this post office. I have an urgent set of documents to send to Germany. They take my nearly 45 to send there in 2 days. When I actually ask them if they want senders and recipients phone details they say 'no'. The next morning I get it delivered back to me because they have filled in NONE of the necessary forms (which did need the phone numbers they said they didn't need). And then I have to dash to Totnes and pay another 45 to get it done properly / by a post office you can trust before the last possible collection time to get the documents where they have to be.Do not trust these people. Use the Totnes post office if you need to do anything that matters (used Totnes several times, always been very good)
Closes at 5.30pm weekdays! you might well que but they are lovely staff.
