This is an extremely unhelpful system, you are lucky if you actually get to speak to a person, if you do you seem to get fobbed off and made to send an email, which takes three days to get a reply, what a waste of time.

Phoned the council offices today and spoke with both council Tax dept and Customer Services and found both to be more than helpfull.Can not fault them.Especially after dealing with Birmingham and North Warks.
First day on holiday I received a parking ticket for parking in the Mayors Avenue car park in Dartmouth where I believed I had a permit to do so, even the car park entry sign matched up to the parking permit. As it turned out I should have parked in the public car park directly next door that didn't have a car park entry sign but too was called Mayors Avenue car park.Come on South Hams District Council, people are not psychic put a sign on it!
