So disappointed - be warned if you order from them - terrible customer service! I saw what I thought would be a lovely unique gift for my sister so I ordered it December 5th. This has still not arrived. No contact from them until I emailed to ask what's happening with the order. They then say the courier "had a question" - sure - which they apparently could answer, so it must have been a difficult question -.- they then said ok, it will arrive by the end of the week. This is already in January. Then I ask where is it as it has been 2 weeks, and they say, oops, they sent it back to us and it is in our warehouse still. Are you kidding me? So they then say, ok we will send it to her by the end of the week.... I'll let you guess - almost February and STILL NOT ARRIVED. I asked them to just please send a new one (it was a planter for her garden) but they won't! They said well, it's not our fault so just keep waiting!!! Unhelpful, unfriendly, bad service and no customer appreciation. I thought I had found a unique place to get my sister birthday and christmas gifts - well not anymore!
Books were ordered on Friday 28 December and delivered safely on Monday 31 December. First class service in every respect from an enterprise I wouldrecommended unequivocally !!

if I could give zero stars I would but there is no optionHaving had my order accepted and I pay for the delivery then says 5 working days unfortunately 5 days past no delivery no dispatch I contacted them they advising will take 8 weeks once again there is no dispatchreplyFurther to my colleagues email last week our purchasing department has now heard back from the supplier of this book. Unfortunately they have informed us that they do not currently have stock at the moment and are in the process of trying to obtain a copy to fulfil this order, but they do not currently know when they expect to be able to do this. This means that it will be some time before we receive this book into stock and are able to dispatch it to you, and we cannot currently give you an estimate date for when this will be.this is the reply after two half months waiting for single book shame on them this company really should be closed
If you're interested in anything concerned with the natural world, then this place has something for you. I popped in for a bat detector and was amazed by the size of the warehouse and offices. Great service and price too. Recommended.
